Biography and Candidate Statement

Hello, my name is Parth Dalal. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Data Analytics at George Mason University. Since a child, I have been a curious and adventurous person. I am an extrovert who enjoys interacting with people and working towards creating a happy environment. To enhance and apply my skills, I work as an Event and Admin Assistant at Source, University Life. As an event assistant, I am responsible to design, plan, execute, and evaluate a variety of events at Source. This job profile helps me build my personality and learn from experience. When I reflect on my practice, I am able to understand my strengths and challenges. I also work as a Student Ambassador representing the Sci-Tech campus. This position also helps me build myself and work with different people. With these team leadership positions, I believe that I have developed skills like time management, organization, communication, logical thinking and reasoning, problem-solving, decision-making, and lastly confidence. These two positions have definitely built my personality and I believe that I am a team player who leadership skills. With these soft skills and good experience, I am a good fit for the position with a lot to offer as a team member.

Availability and Commitment to the Time and Expectations of the position

Yes, I can meet the time commitments and expectations. I am available during the summer break between 5 pm to 9 pm, Monday to Friday, and most of the day during the weekends. I am pretty flexible in general. I will attend classes and work in the Source during Fall 2023 and Spring 2024.
