Biography and Candidate Statement

I have truly enjoyed the vibrant programming at Mason Square, particularly University Life’s Common Ground and Lunches on the Lawn, as well as the law school’s Break-Fests, which foster community and connection. My background includes serving as Director of Operations for a Residence Hall Association representing 6,000 students, and as a Student Court Justice for a student body of 15,000. In these roles, I successfully managed budgets, coordinated elections and large-scale events, and championed student voices in decision-making processes. These experiences strengthened my ability to lead with purpose and create inclusive environments. My passion lies in connecting people with resources that empower them, and I am eager to leverage my position to advance this mission and enhance the student experience.

Availability and Commitment to the Time and Expectations of the Position

Yes, I am fully able to meet the time commitments. I am not currently employed and serve as a Representative for one student organization, which requires about 5 hours per week. My class schedule is approximately 15 hours weekly, and I spend over 60 hours on campus. I already participate in many student events—such as Organization Fairs, Resource Pop-Ups, and Pizza and Perspectives—so the primary additional responsibility would be attending meetings, which I am confident will be manageable.
